Dr. Muawieh Radaideh Joins SEE Holding as Group Chief Executive Officer

SEE Holding is pleased to welcome Dr. Muawieh Radaideh as Group Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him more than 25 years of international leadership experience in corporate management, real estate, environmental engineering, and climate action.

Dr. Radaideh spent over a decade in the United States in senior management roles with global firms such as URS (now AECOM) and Wood Rodgers, where he gained
extensive experience in engineering and environmental management. From 2006 to 2017, he served as Middle East Director at the Danish consultancy DHI, providing environmental advisory services to numerous developers across the region. Building on this experience, he went on to lead SEE Nexus (now SEE Developers) as CEO from 2017 to 2020, the design and engineering arm of SEE Holding, where he played a key role in scaling The Sustainable City model and shaping its growth across multiple
markets.

His corporate career has been complemented by high-level public service and international advisory roles. Most recently, he served as Minister of Environment of Jordan (2021–2025), during which he was a member of numerous government committees, including the Economic, Infrastructure, and Services Committees, as well as the Water-Energy-Food-Environment Council and the Food Security Council, and as a member of the Advisory Council to the COP28 Presidency. In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Silver Jubilee Medal by His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan and the Zayed II Order of the First Class by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

Dr. Radaideh holds a PhD and master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Brigham Young University. His cross-sector leadership, deep understanding of sustainable urban systems, and broad international network make him exceptionally well positioned to chart SEE Holding’s next phase of growth, innovation, and global expansion.
